Negotiation 365

Negotiation 365 is an online program that embeds a comprehensive understanding of appropriate and effective behaviour during negotiations. Accessed through PC, tablet or mobile, participants receive weekly bite-size tutorials for twelve months each containing a key learning point supported by multi-media content that secures understanding and brings the learning to life.

Delivered through 21 modules, each module culminates with online quiz to test learning and understanding. The program explores the 14 behaviours appropriate for distributive, zero-sum and non-collaborative negotiations, through to those that are essential when the scenario is more sophisticated and requires relationship-building and creativity. Negotiation 365 will help you think, analyze and behave more effectively when planning and conducting your negotiations.
